Big Success for Little Diggers!

A HUGE thank you to Jackie Boyer for organizing our most successful Little Diggers Skills Camp event in program history with over 80 kids registered this past Saturday! Also thank you to Coach Barcenas and the Varsity girls for running such a fun-filled afternoon of volleyball for all attendees!

Sports photographer Jim Parker has attended a couple of Vipers home games and his pics can be found here for ordering. Look for more added as the season continues.

Don't forget about the community service project!

We are asking all athletes in the program to donate the following food items:

  • Easy Mac (packets or single serving containers)

  • Canned Ravioli

It can be any brand of mac & cheese just microwavable and individual size and any brand of the can ravioli is fine as well.

Athletes will bring the items up to store in their team locker room. The team with the most food items will receive 2 FREE days during the off season of their choosing. We will begin the food drive Sept. 27th and close it October 27th. Once we have collected all the food, at a later date, the whole program will go and package the meals for the students in need.

If you have any questions on the Community Service Project please let Coach Southall know. The purpose is to have all athletes participate through donation and packing the meals; this is a great opportunity for the girls to give back, learn the value of volunteering to help others, and bond as a program. I will sign off on hours for other organizations if needed.
